What I Believe
Mental health is part of everyday health. Like a regular check-up, therapy can help you stay grounded, grow through hard seasons, and reconnect with yourself and the people you love.
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek help. You just need space to feel heard, and the right support to take the next step.
Why I Understand
As a mother, a wife, and someone who moved across the world with just two travel bags and a dream, I know what it feels like to lose yourself in change. To wonder who you are when everything around you is unfamiliar.
That’s why I create a safe, validating space — especially for immigrants, parents, students, and families going through transition. My work blends lived experience, professional care, and evidence-based therapy that meets you where you are.
