Meet Thelma:

Your Partner in Mental Wellness

Thelma A Chizea Certified Nurse Psychotherapist RN, CPMHN©, CNP(Q)

I’m a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist and Registered Nurse with over 16 years of experience — and I’ve spent the last 10+ focused on mental health.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, lost, or far from whom you used to be. As an immigrant, a wife, a mother of three, and a therapist, I’ve walked alongside people in their hardest moments.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. You just have to show up — and I’ll meet you with care, understanding, and support.

WE SHOULDN’T WAIT FOR A CRISIS BEFORE SEEKING HELP

I offer a range of services tailored to meet your unique needs. My approach is collaborative and person-centered — we work together to uncover insight, build emotional resilience, and create the life you want.
